While I want to know more about how this study was done, it is not reassuring to know that my nearest hospital is the worst in the country, however the data is sliced up.

Addended later: In Grand River's defence, and to my relief, there appears to have been a reporting issue where many of their palliative cases were included when they should not have been. Results were skewed well outside of the 100-point average.
