The Dalek was VERY much loved. Your nephew has decided that what Daleks do is give zurberts, and has been doing so for days. You wonderful flip-top mittens get stopped and examined by knitters everywhere we go, from the grocery store, to the mall to the local provincial park. Many admiring comments have been made. Owen has also been wearing his hat everywhere...at the dinner table, to bed, in the bath...I'd say the holiday knitfest has been well received on all fronts. Thanks!
And another thanks from the lucky geek. I looked at all the official dalek toys in the store the other day, mine is waaaay cooler.
