I don't know the woman who writes The Seated View, but I know of her through other knit-bloggers, such as the Yarn Harlot, who is a friend of Lene's.
Her post today is a very, VERY apt description of what chronic pain of many types can be like. I'm lucky - I've not gotten that bad, and I am fighting my way out. But it can be so easy to slide into a downward spiral.
Don't forget to get outside and get some sun today and if you do have pain-free mobility - enjoy it.
